TERMS AND CONDITIONS *

By providing your phone number and your prior express consent, you have agreed to receive text messages, emails, and/or phone calls from Potter's House Christian Scarborough (PHSCR) for any reason relating to PHSCR’s purpose or mission (the “Service”). If you wish to not be contacted by PHSCR, kindly let us know through an email or textback. We do not have any automated text services. Such consent is not a condition of receipt of any good or service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not sign up for the Tournament by providing your phone number and consent. These are the terms: 1. You are required to pay a $15 TEAM registration fee. If the team doesn't pay, they will not be allowed to play in the tournament. This is non-refundable. 2. If your team is not present while calling for teams on the next game, your team will forfeit the $15 registration fee and will not be allowed to compete for the GRAND PRIZES. 3. We are NOT responsible for damages to you or your team's clothing, electronics, personal items. Play under your own risk. 4. We are NOT responsible for any injuries any players incur during the tournament, nor before or after. 5. For any reason, if your team decides to forfeit during the game or during any rest sessions, you are no longer able to compete for the GRAND PRIZES and the $15 team registration fee will NOT be refunded. Please be prepared to play under any weather. If it calls for rain, we will reschedule for the following week, or wait until the bad weather passes. If PHSCR cancels this event, the $15 team fee will be refunded.
